"Erin was introduced to me from Michael Nicholson after having my house listed for roughly 6 months with no success. I rented to a temporary housing company when the tornados came through Windsor, and within a month of my first tenant leaving, she had my house rented to a longer term renter. When they moved out, there was no downtime in my renters, because she had it rented once again for a year lease once again.
