Meet our Northern Colorado Property Management Agents
Erin Griffin, Licensed Agent/Owner

Erin Griffin is a Colorado native and has lived in Fort Collins for the past 11
years. She is married to a fellow Colorado native and together they have 3 sons. Erin graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Finance and
Real Estate in 2002 and has been active in Northern Colorado Real Estate ever
since. After working as an escrow officer for 2 years, she continued down the real
estate path and started managing her own investment properties. Her love of
managing real estate and working with others lead her to the decision to start a
property management company with the goal of obtaining long-term relationships with
fellow investors.
Travis Griffin, Licensed Agent/Owner

Travis Griffin always has and always will live in Northern Colorado. He attended
Poudre High School and CSU. Travis has been involved in real estate investing since
2003 and property management since 2004. Travis and Erin have been married since
2003 and will soon have 3 boys. Besides real estate, Traivs is passionate about
football and currently coaches at Windsor High School.

Cheryl Harvey in a Fort Collins native. She brings 15 years of property management experience and was the district manager for Omni Properties for 8 years and oversaw 1,500 units. Cheryl is a licensed Agent in Colorado.
